Poor milling
The RMR milling does does include the front lugs/bosses or posts arong the screws. It relies entirely on the screws to hold the optic and absorb recoil. See discussion here: https://www.ar15.com/forums/general/What-footprint-is-this-milling-/5-2689688/?r=106856704&page=1&anc=106856704#i106856704
