MDX Arms normally ships using USPS or UPS. We will select shipping provider on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at our own discretion. If you prefer to use a specific shipping provider, please leave a note on the order and we will accommodate your request. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Depending on the value of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.
Expedited shipping option is available in the shipping selection before checking out.
MDX Arms ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI. We also ship to Guam and Puerto Rico.
Please note: Insurance is not included. To purchase insurance for your package or to expedite your shipping, you must notify us by phone after the order is placed. Additional shipping charges may be applied.
Lost / Stolen Package
MDX Arms provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email us as soon as possible. If the lost package is a result from a mistake on MDX Arms, we will replace the lost parts or provide a full refund. If the lost package is the result of the couriers mistake, shipping charges will be refunded by MDX Arms. However, the contents of the packages will not be reimbursed unless shipping insurance was requested. If insurance was purchased, the claim must be filed directly with the courier. MDX Arms will assist with arrangements for replacement parts and with the claims process as needed.
