AB1263 - CA RESTRICTED SHIPPING

CALIFORNIA AB 1263 – IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

Beginning January 1, California law will prohibit the shipment of certain parts and accessories into the state under AB 1263. This restriction applies to both direct-to-consumer orders and shipments to unlicensed dealers.

Affected items include, but are not limited to:

Barrels
Conversion kits
Triggers
Speedloaders
Tools
Parts kits
Upper receivers
Any part California may interpret as an assault weapon component, including but not limited to:
- Pistol grips
- Thumbhole stocks
- Folding or telescoping stocks
- Vertical foregrips
- Flash suppressors
- Pistol barrel shrouds
