SHIPPING AND RETURNS
MDX Arms normally ships using USPS. We will use FedEx/UPS in some cases if the order are being ship directly from our vendors. We will select shipping provider on size, contents & value of the product being shipped at our own discretion.
Orders are generally shipped between 3-5 business day standard air mail, priority mail. In some cases, shipping time might be delayed from 7-10 days during holidays, sale promos and days following a gun shows. You should receive a tracking number to your registered email. If your order is not received after receiving the tracking# within 10-14 days, please contact us. You can also login to your MDX Arms online account, go under Order History to view details any specific order ie. Invoice, Tracking etc.
Depending on the value and type of the product being shipped, a signature may be required to receive the product. A tracking number will be provided by email on all orders as soon as the shipping labels created. Please note that USPS tracking is very limited and may not show the progress of the shipment until delivered. Even if nothing is updated in the system, the package is usually on its way to you.
MDX Arms ships to all 50 states in the US including Alaska & HI.
Lost / Stolen Package
MDX Arms provides a tracking number upon order processing. If you do not receive a tracking number by email, please email us as soon as possible.
Please contact us as soon as you find out that your package never arrived at your address. Please keep in mind that once shipping company marks your packaged "DELIVERED" this means its been delivered. If you did not receive your package then it could be lost or stolen. You MUST inform us immediately via EMAIL. Please make sure to include your order and tracking#. You have 30days to report if your package/s lost or stolen. Once you pass the 30days (upon receipt of delivery), your insurance become invalid.
note: Tracking # are generated once the shipping label is created. Our system will automatically email the tracking to the email address on file. You can also view your tracking on your account online under "HISTORY".
We Can only offer Store Credit or Reship on approved Lost/Stolen Claims , NO REFUNDS! No Exceptions!

MDX Arms currently does not ship to APO.

YOU NEED AUTHORIZATION FROM US TO SEND A PRODUCT BACK. INBOUND SHIPMENTS WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED
Used items will not be accepted for return, unless we hold the warranty and there is a discrepancy with the product.
Any newly manufactured item should be returned to the manufacturer for exchange.In most cases, the manufacturer carries the warranty on these parts and needs to be replaced by the factory as not to void that warranty. When in doubt, please contact the manufacturer first to make arrangements for the return. If the manufacturer is not being cooperative, please let us know and we will hold them accountable and help facilitate the return.
All returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order. Please take the time to inspect your item within 5 days of receipt. Returns made after 5 days will be refused, unless we give you special authorization.
Damaged shipments or missing items. If you receive a damaged shipment and/or your order is missing item(s), you will need to contact us within 4 business days of receipt. You will also need to keep ALL of the packaging, invoices and products and provide us with pictures upon request. Once all of the information is relayed to us, we will reimburse you or send a replacement while we wait on the insurance funds from the carrier. If the above directions are not followed, then you will only be reimbursed if and when the carrier approves the insurance claim and we are reimbursed.
All authorized refunds will be less a 15% fee for various expenses and labor, unless waived due to an error on our part in fulfilling your original order properly. A 4% fee will be applied to canceled orders that have not yet shipped. Why? Because your credit card is charged the instant that you click the submit button and we are charged 4% by our merchant processor.
Cancelling orders. Orders are packaged anywhere from 1 minute to a few hours after your order is placed, then they are stacked with dozens and sometimes hundreds of other orders. Even if you have not received a shipping confirmation email, sometimes it is still physically impossible to cancel or intercept an order.
Returns for free shipping orders. In addition to a 15% restocking fee, your refund will be less our cost for shipping the original order, unless waived due to an error on our part in fulfilling your original order properly.
You must have our authorization to return an order. Do not send us anything without authorization.
All returns are subject to inspection or testing at our facility. If we deem the product to be satisfactory and as advertised, the total refund could be less a 35% restocking fee.
All accessories originally shipped with the item must be returned with the item (including magazines, etc.) to receive a full refund.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS FOR 80% LOWER RECEIVERS OR TOOLS.
If you are having any issue with any Polymer80 80% frames, trigger lower parts kit or any other Polymer80 products, please make sure to contact them at email@example.com or give them a call at 1-800-57-1243. Unfortunately, due to the nature of Polymer80 products, we do not stock nor able to order spare parts for thier 80% frames. End user will have to go direct to them if there is any warranty claims in regards to Polymer80 purchased from MDX Arms. We can help facilitate by keeping in touch with our rep and make sure that Polymer80 is handling your claim.
Free shipping will only be insured if the total value of the order is $250 or more.
We will add signature confirmation for free IF you leave a note in the order comment box during checkout. However, orders valued at $300 or more, will automatically be shipped requiring signature confirmation
We will not be held financially responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep or any other personal or work premises. If this is a concern, please opt for signature confirmation.
Insurance does NOT cover packages that are stolen after they have been delivered.
RSS feeds are used for syndicating regularly changing content on a web site, including this one. You can open an RSS feed using an RSS reader and use it to see if there is any new content on this site or you can set up a server-side script to parse the feed and display it on your web site.
