AB1263 - CA RESTRICTED SHIPPING

CALIFORNIA AB 1263 – IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTICE

Beginning January 1, California law will prohibit the shipment of certain parts and accessories into the state under AB 1263. This restriction applies to both direct-to-consumer orders and shipments to unlicensed dealers.

Affected items include, but are not limited to:

• Barrels

• Conversion kits

• Triggers

• Speedloaders

• Tools

• Parts kits

• Upper receivers

• Any part California may interpret as an assault weapon component, including but not limited to:

  • Pistol grips

  • Thumbhole stocks

  • Folding or telescoping stocks

  • Vertical foregrips

  • Flash suppressors

  • Pistol barrel shrouds

Once these rules take effect on January 1, we will no longer be able to ship affected items to California.

⏰ The last day to place an order is December 31 before 4:00 PM PST.
