RMR cut slide complete
Keep in mind that this is a budget slide and barrel. I've yet to fit it to a lower and test fire so this review is only about first impressions. Machining looks good at the surface level. Fit seems to be well done. Primary negitive ...the RMR cut is not what I would call a true RMR cut. Yez you can direct mount a RMR dot to the slide but there are no lugs that mate with the holes on the bottom of the optic. There is also some front to back play between the optic and the cut. The only thing making true contact will be the two screws holding the optic to the slide. No doubt that may work for most cases and as a range gun but I cant say its acceptable as a self defence tool Keep in mind this was a black friday deal so the entire slide assembly cost less than sending a Glock slide out for a custom RMR cut. If you want a budget build range gun this should work fine. If you need a serious tool to protect yoir family I'm not sure its ready yet.

Basic barrel
Outside of the barrel looks great, nothing wonky and great nitride finish. Inside there are a couple of concerns; chamber is slightly loose and part of the rifling has what appear to be chatter marks from the rifling process. On first glance it looked like some kind of preservative but after shooting/cleaning and a closer examination with a magnifier it appears to be in the metal. Shoots OK and haven't noticed copper build-up in the marks yet but I'm watching it. For the price paid it's a very functional barrel.

Nice no-frills barrel
Ordered this for my first Glock clone build, didn't need/want threads, logos, ports or crazy colors. Barrel is nicely finished with a target crown. My only concern is that the chamber seems slightly loose. I'll revisit this review if any problems pop up when I get to test fire.
