I have not tested it yet but the locking problem was not the guide rod i'm sorry, but it still looks aged. The spring for my slide lock lever was too long. I did not but the mdx lower tho. Next time i'll try it out.

Guide Rod
Everything is fine but my guide seems old and brittle compared to others. When I try rack the slide it just sticks to my frame and passes over my slide lock. So you can imagine trying to take the slide off and the lock comes off and the slide is still on.

Great Kit
Great kit, everything went together easy. Only complaint is the coating is wearing off the top of the barrel during the building process.

First time to build one and it came together quite nicely!!! 100 rounds through it and zero issues! Take your time to build this and you will have a nice Glock Clone !!!!

It was too hard to assemble but the spring that goes under the barrel seemed a bit disfigured
