Looks good and works great!
This slide along with the GST-9 lower is by far the best pistol build I've ever had! The slide has a smooth action and looks and feels awesome! I went with the ported barrel and I'm sure glad I did!

G19 Combat Slide with TiN Barrel & RMR cut
I've had this slide for a while now and initially fit and finish were excellent. It functioned right out of the package with no break in period needed. I mounted a Holosun 507C X2 and went to work. Everything was good for 500 rounds or so but after that I couldn't keep the optic mounting screws tight. I cleaned the screws and screw holes as well as adding locktite. The problem persisted. I went through the cleaning process again and used vibratight instead of locktite and still had the problem. After disassembling the slide/optic I took a closer look at the optic cut. I noticed the coating wearing towards the front of the cut. I also saw shiny spots at the screw holes. Putting the slide into my mill and indicating the optic cut I found burrs around the screw holes that were .007" and .009" above the floor of the optic cut. This caused the optic to lean forward and not make full, flat contact with the slide. I ended up doing a light countersink on the screw holes and lapping the floor of the cut. After lapping and countersinking, I reinstalled the Holosun using vibratite thread locker. I've put an additional 750 rounds downrange and the optic seems to be holding as it should. I'd like to note that I also had the same exact problem with a G17 slide and had to perform the same cleanup operations to get the optic to stay tight on the slide.

Combat 19 Build Kit
Purchased this on May 10th of this year. No issues whatsoever. Everything went together smoothly after my normal clean and polish routine. Would definitely purchase this again. She runs GREAT!!

Quality & Price
Great quality at a fair price. MDX always sells good products, never had any mechanical issues with anything I have bought from them. There online sales security as some issues, MDX says it's because some information doesn't match but I have had three credit card companies tell me it is on MDX's end...and I hate that packages are shipped "Signature Required".

Combat 19 slide
Slide is nicely cut and milled. No rough edges, smooth and attractive given the low price. I will definitely be a returning customer.
