- You have never been convicted of a felony.
- You have never been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
- You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
- You have never been adjudicated mentally defective nor committed to a mental institution.
- You are not currently subject to a restraining order for stalking, threatening, or harassing a child or intimate partner.
- You authorize MDX Arms to send emails, text messages, or other electronic communications regarding your order.
MDX Arms reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to:
unavailability, listing errors, or suspected illegal/unauthorized transactions.
