Purchase Eligibility Requirements

By completing checkout with MDX Arms, you certify that:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and have not renounced your citizenship.
You have never been convicted of a felony.
You have never been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
You have never been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
You have never been adjudicated mentally defective nor committed to a mental institution.
You are not currently subject to a restraining order for stalking, threatening, or harassing a child or intimate partner.
You authorize MDX Arms to send emails, text messages, or other electronic communications regarding your order.

MDX Arms reserves the right to cancel any order at any time, including but not limited to:
unavailability, listing errors, or suspected illegal/unauthorized transactions.

Domestic Orders Only

We do not ship internationally.
Orders placed from outside the USA—or using a non-U.S. IP address—will be automatically cancelled.

California Restrictions

Beginning January 1, California law will prohibit the shipment of certain parts and accessories into the state under AB 1263. This restriction applies to both direct-to-consumer orders and shipments to unlicensed dealers

MDX Arms Shipping Policy

Primary Carriers: MDX Arms primarily ships via USPS. In some cases, FedEx or UPS may be used if the order is shipped directly from our vendors.
Carrier Selection: We determine the shipping provider based on the size, contents, and value of the order at our sole discretion.
Processing & Delivery Time:
- Standard processing time: 3–5 business days (Standard Air Mail or Priority Mail).
- During holidays, promotional sales, or following gun shows, shipping may take 7–10 business days.
Tracking Information:
- A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the shipping label is created.
- You can also log in to your MDX Arms online account and view tracking details under Order History.
- USPS tracking may not always update in real time and often only shows delivery confirmation. Even if there are no updates, your package is typically in transit.
Delivery Issues:
- If you do not receive your order within 7-10 days of receiving your tracking number, please contact us.
Signature Requirements:
- Depending on the value and type of product, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Coverage:
- MDX Arms ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Tracking & Delivery Policy

Tracking Numbers:
- MDX Arms provides a tracking number for every order once a shipping label has been created.
- Tracking information is automatically emailed to the email address on file.
- You can also view tracking information by logging into your MDX Arms account and checking your Order History.
- If you do not receive a tracking number, please email us immediately.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- If your order shows as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, it may have been lost or stolen.
- You must notify us via email immediately and include your order number and tracking number.
- Claims must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date.
- After 15 days from the delivery date, insurance becomes invalid and no claims can be processed.
Resolution:
- For approved lost/stolen claims, MDX Arms can offer store credit or reshipment.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

APO & International Shipping Policy

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
MDX Arms does not ship to any APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses at this time.
International Shipping
MDX Arms does not ship internationally. Orders can only be placed and shipped within the 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

MDX Arms Returns Policy

Authorization Required

You must obtain prior authorization before returning any product.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back at the customer’s expense.

Eligibility for Returns

Used items will not be accepted unless MDX Arms holds the warranty and there is a discrepancy with the product.
Newly manufactured items should be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement to avoid voiding the warranty.
If the manufacturer is uncooperative, contact us — we will assist in holding them accountable and help facilitate the return.

Return Timeframe

All return requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Returns requested after 5 days will be refused unless special authorization is granted.

Damaged Shipments or Missing Items

Report damaged shipments or missing items within 4 business days of delivery.
Retain all packaging, invoices, and products and provide photos upon request.
If these requirements are met, we will reimburse you or send a replacement while awaiting carrier insurance funds.
Failure to follow these steps means reimbursement will only occur if and when the carrier approves the insurance claim.

Refunds & Fees

All authorized refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless waived due to an MDX Arms error.
Canceled orders that have not shipped will incur a 5% processing fee (to cover merchant processing costs).
Free shipping orders: Refunds will also be reduced by our original shipping cost.
Returns without all original accessories (e.g., magazines, tools) will not receive a full refund.
If the returned product passes inspection and is found to be satisfactory/as advertised, the refund may be reduced by up to 35%.

Order Cancellations

Orders are often processed within minutes to a few hours of being placed. Even without a shipping confirmation, cancellation may not be possible once the order is packed and stacked for shipment.

Final Notes

All returns are subject to inspection and testing at our facility.
Store credit or replacement may be issued for approved cases; cash refunds are not guaranteed unless specified above.

Special Notes & Restrictions

No Returns on Certain Products
- Items marked "BLEMS" as sold AS is, No returns/exchange/refunds
Free Shipping Insurance
- Free shipping is only insured if your order value is $250 or more.
Signature Confirmation
- Orders valued at $250 or more will automatically require signature confirmation.
- For orders under $250, signature confirmation can be added for free if requested in the Order Comments box during checkout.
Stolen Packages
- MDX Arms is not financially responsible for packages stolen after delivery at your home, workplace, or any other premises.
- If theft is a concern, please request signature confirmation during checkout.
- Insurance does not cover stolen packages after they have been marked “Delivered.”

RSS Syndication

RSS feeds are used for syndicating regularly changing content on a web site, including this one. You can open an RSS feed using an RSS reader and use it to see if there is any new content on this site or you can set up a server-side script to parse the feed and display it on your web site.
